养殖花羔红点鲑营养价值分析

摘  要:
本文对人工养殖的花羔红点鲑的肌肉组成进行了分析。花羔红点鲑的水分、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、粗灰分含量十分丰富。不同年龄花羔红点鲑肌肉氨基酸含量有一定差异。花羔红点鲑肌肉脂肪酸含量高,并随年龄增长成升高趋势。花羔红点鲑有较高的营养价值,是一种可大力推广的优良品种。

摘  要:
In thisarticle,Dolly varden Salvelinus malma of different age stage was carried on the muscle ingredient analysis.The content of moisture,crude fat,crude protein and crude ash in Dolly varden was very rich.Amino acid type of Dolly varden in different stages was quite identical,but the content was a little different.The content of fatty acid was high and the content of fatty acid became the increaser with the increase of age.The nutrition value of Dolly varden was higher and Dolly varden was also better cultural species.The study could be important for cultivation,exploitation and utilization of Dolly varden.
