拟除虫菊酯类农药的研究和展望

摘  要:
天然除虫菊酯虽然具有理想化学农药的一些特性 ,但光不稳定性和昂贵的价格限制其大面积使用。随着对天然除虫菊酯结构的研究和醇部分、酸部分及酯键的修饰 ,该类产品逐渐发展成为一类主要的农药消费品。即使目前该类产品的发展较慢 ,然而科研人员仍在继续合成和筛选包含杂环和氟原子的新化合物、进行结构活性关系的研究和加强抗性机理的研究。虽然我国对于该类产品的研究、开发、生产和使用相对较晚 ,但目前已具有系统研究开发拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的能力并已成为生产菊酯类农药的大国之一。同时该类环境相容性较好的农药将在我国高毒农药品种替代中发挥重要作用

摘  要:
Pyrethrum possesses some ideal characteristics of environmental compatible chemical pesticide,however its photo lability and expensive price limit its broad use in the field.Accompanying the study on structures of pyrethrin and the modification of its acid moiety,alcohol moiety & ester linker,pyrethroids are gradually developed as one main class of pesticide.Researcher still synthesize and monitor new product of pyrethroid with heterocyclic ring or fluorine atom,enhance study of relationship of structure and bioactivity and pyrethroid resistant mechanism even if it grows slowly at present due to significant resistance of inset pest and no excellent biological activity of novel compounds resembling pyrethroid.In our country the study,development,manufacturing and application of pyrethroid was begun relative late,but at present systemic study,developing and manufacturing pyrethroid pesticides have been undertaken.And pyrethroid pesticides will exhibit significant role in substituting high toxic pesticides because of its environmental compatibility.
