摘 要:
将810只初生淮北麻鸡随机分为27组,采用2因素3水平试验设计,日粮代谢能分别为10.90MJ/kg(低)、11.40MJ/kg(中)和11.90MJ/kg(高),粗蛋白分别为16.4%(低)、17.7%(中)和19.0%(高),研究0~4周龄淮北麻鸡的能量和蛋白质需要量。结果表明,日粮能量、蛋白质以及两者的交互作用均显著影响0~4周龄淮北麻鸡的生长性能、体成分和能量、蛋白质的沉积(P<0.05)。低能量+高蛋白组采食量显著高于其他处理组(P<0.01)。日粮能量由10.90MJ/kg提高到11.40MJ/kg,采食量下降,当继续提高能量时,对采食量的影响不明显,这一规律不受日粮蛋白质的影响;高能量+高蛋白组和低能量+低蛋白组生长性能高于其他组,中等能量组以及低能量中高蛋白组最差(P<0.01)。高能量+高蛋白质组饲料转化率显著优于其他各组。高能量+低蛋白质组组织中脂肪含量显著高于其他处理组,中能量+中蛋白质组和低能量+高蛋白质组最低(P<0.01)。各处理组中,低能量+低蛋白质组和高能量+低蛋白质组能量沉积率最高,中能量、中高蛋白质组最低(P<0.01)。0~4周龄淮北麻鸡日粮适宜代谢能和蛋白质分别为11.90MJ/kg、17.7%或10.90MJ/kg、16.4%。

The experiment was conducted to study the requirements of energy and protein of 0-4 wk Huaibei Ma chicks by investigating the effects of dietary ME(metabolizable energy) and CP(crude protein) on growing performance,body composition,and deposition of energy and protein.Eight hundred and ten Huaibei Ma chicks of 1-d-old were assigned to 9 dietary treatments following a 4-week experimental period.Nine dietary treatments were formulated to contain 10.90,11.40 and 11.90 MJ/kg ME and 19.0%,17.7%,and 16.4% CP respectively.Dietary ME,CP and interaction between ME and CP had significant effects on growing performance,body composition,and deposition of energy and protein of 0-4 wk Huaibei Ma chicks(P<0.05).Chicks fed with low-ME-high-CP diet had lower feed intake than that in other dietary treatments(P<0.01).Average daily gain was significantly higher in chicks fed with high-ME-high-CP,high-ME-normal-CP and low-ME-low-CP diets,and was significantly lower in normal-ME and low-ME-high-CP diets(P<0.01).Chicks had higher feed efficient in high-ME-high-CP treatment and had higher body fat percent in high-ME-low-CP treatment than that in other treatments(P<0.01).Highest energy deposition efficiency was found in high-ME-low-CP and low-ME-low-CP treatments,and lowest in medium-ME-medium-CP treatment(P<0.01).Highest nitrogen deposition efficiency was found in high-ME-medium-CP treatment in 0-2 weeks and low-ME-low-CP diet in 0-4 weeks,and lowest in medium-ME-medium-CP dietary treatment(P<0.01).There was no increase in nitrogen deposition efficiency as ME increased in low CP diet and as CP increased in low ME diet.In conclusion,ME and CP requirements in diet in 0-4 weeks Huaibei Ma chicks should be 11.90 MJ/kg and 17.7% or 10.90 MJ/kg and 16.4%.
