蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌丝体对淮北麻鸡生产性能和肌肉品质的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究蝙蝠蛾拟青霉液体发酵菌丝体作为饲料添加剂对淮北麻鸡生产性能和肌肉品质的影响,为虫草资源的综合开发利用提供参考。[方法]以淮北麻鸡为试验对象,在试验动物基础日粮中添加蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌丝体,考察菌丝体对淮北麻鸡的日增重、屠宰性能和肌肉中水分、粗脂肪、蛋白质等含量的影响。[结果]在动物日粮中添加0.3%的蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌丝体,可显著促进淮北麻鸡的生长(P<0.05),与对照组相比试验组动物日增重提高了12.09%;同时也发现母鸡腹脂率有了明显降低(P<0.05);但对淮北麻鸡肌肉中粗蛋白含量无显著影响(P>0.05),可显著提高腿肌中肌间粗脂肪的含量(P<0.05),与对照组相比腿肌间粗脂肪含量提高了17.18%。[结论]蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌丝体不仅能提高淮北麻鸡的生产性能,而且能改善淮北麻鸡的肌肉品质。

摘  要:
[Objective] The reference for the comprehensive development and utilization of Cordyceps was provided through the research on the effect of liquid fermented mycelium of Paecilomyces hepiali as feed additives on the egg-laying performance and meat quality of Huaibei Hemp Chicken.[Method] The chicken being take as the testing subject,the effect of the Paecilomyces hepiali mycelium,supplemented in basic diet,on the daily weight-gaining,the slaughter performance and the content of moisture,crude fat,crude protein and others in muscle was analyzed.[Result] 0.3% of the Paecilomyces hepiali mycelium supplemented in diet could significantly promote the chicken growth(P<0.05).Compared with the CK,12.09% of the daily weight-gaining of the testing chicken was increased and the percentage of fat in the hen abdominal was significantly reduced(P<0.05).However,the treatment did not affect the content of crude protein in the chicken muscle(P>0.05),but could significantly increase the content of crude fat in the intramuscular of chicken leg(P<0.05),which increment was 17.18% compared with the CK.[Conclusion] The Paecilomyces hepiali mycelium could improve not only the egg-laying performance but also the quality of Huaibei Ma-Chicken.
