毒死蜱和鬼臼毒素胁迫对蔬菜上海青抗氧化酶系及丙二醛的影响

摘  要:
采用田间试验方法,探讨了不同浓度的化学杀虫剂48%毒死蜱乳油和植物源农药0.75%鬼臼毒素乳油对蔬菜上海青抗氧化酶系及丙二醛的影响。结果表明,50倍液的毒死蜱严重抑制了超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的活性,造成过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性下降,诱导过氧化物酶(POD)活性上升和丙二醛(MDA)含量升高,致使谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)活性先降低后上升。受中低浓度的毒死蜱和高浓度的鬼臼毒素胁迫后抗氧化酶系活性和MDA含量均有一定的升高。中低浓度的鬼臼毒素基本不影响SOD、CAT、POD、GSHPx的活性及MDA含量。

摘  要:
The effect of chlorpyrifos and podophyllotoxin on the anti- oxidative enzyme system and the MDA in Brassica rapa L. was investigated. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), and glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx), were measured with NBT assay, Na2S2O3 titration method, ABTS method, and DTNB method, respectively. The thiobarbituric assay (TBA) was used to analyze malondialdehyde (MDA). The results showed that SOD and CAT activities were inhibited, the activity of POD and the content of MDA were increased, and the activity of GSHPx was firstly reduced and later increased by chlorpyrifos with a dosage of 50× (9.6 mL· L- 1). Under the other concentrations of chlorpyrifos, the activities of anti- oxidative enzymes were promoted and the content of MDA increased slightly. The activity of anti- oxidative enzyme system and the content of MDA were improved by podophyllotoxin with the dosage of 50× (9.6 mL· L- 1). The lower concentrations (250× and 500× ) of podophyllotoxin had little effect on the anti- oxidative enzyme system and the content of MDA. The results suggested that the low concentration of pesticides applied on the vegetable might have no severe effect on the growth of the plant because of the regulation of anti- oxidative enzyme system and MDA.
