小麦酯酶的固定化研究

摘  要:
采用树脂吸附法、凝胶包埋法以及戊二醛交联法获得了3种固定化小麦酯酶,比较了粗酶液和固定化酶的耐藏性能,并用敌敌畏农药对固定化酶的抑制效果进行了研究。结果表明,3种固定化酶的耐藏性能较粗酶液有所改善,其中交联法和凝胶包埋法制备的固定化酶耐藏性能较好,并且可以有效地进行敌敌畏农药的检测。

摘  要:
Immobilized wheat-esterases were obtained by ion exchange resin,polymerization of gelatin and alginate,glutaraldehyde as a cross linking reagent.The storage stability of the immobilized wheat-esterases compared with the crude enzyme was improved.The organophosphorus pesticides DDVP residue could be detected effectually by immobilized wheat-esterases,which were made by polymerization of gelatin and alginate and glutaraldehyde as a cross linking reagent.
