模拟钢板仓储存大米通风降温试验

摘  要:
钢板仓具有安全储藏,仓壁导热快的特点;但由于堆粮线高,存在难以处理局部发热,出仓时发生"挂壁",甚至"冷粮返潮"的问题。利用经过通风系统改造的钢板仓进行储藏大米应用试验,通过冷风机实现了钢板仓准低温储存大米的目的。

摘  要:
Steel warehouse has the characteristics of safe storage and slow heat conduction on the wall,but it is difficult to deal with local heating due to the high grain stacking line,and the problem of "grain sticking to the wall"or even "cold grain moisture"occurs when the warehouse is discharged. In this paper,the application experiment of rice storage in the steel silo reformed by ventilation system was carried out. The purpose of rice storage in the steel silo at quasi-low temperature was realized by the cold air blower.
