果蔬中有机磷农药残留成因及检测技术

摘  要:
果蔬在人们的健康饮食中扮演着越来越重要的角色,果蔬质量安全至关重要.文章就我国果蔬中有机磷农药残留较为严重的情况进行了检测研究.分析认为:果蔬中有机磷农药残留超标的成因有四,即直接喷洒农药、土壤残留、水体残留、大气残留.简要阐述果蔬中有机磷农残现状、成因及检测手段,旨在为今后更多研究提供一定的借鉴.

摘  要:
Fruits and vegetables play an increasingly important role in people's healthy diet,so the quality and safety of fruits and vegetables is very important.Organophosphorus pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables in China are serious,mainly due to direct spraying of pesticides,soil residues,water residues and atmospheric residues.In this paper,the current situation,causes and detection methods of organophosphorus pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables are briefly described,in order to provide some reference for further research.
