摘  要:
对2015年活禽交易市场和养殖场的健康鸡群分离到的2株H9N2亚型禽流感病毒进行全基因组序列测定和遗传演化分析。结果显示:分离株的部分基因与1999年3株感染人的H9N2亚型同源性较低(86.3%~94.6%),与H7N9、H10N8、H10N6亚型同源性较高; A/chicken/Xiamen/10/2015分离株的NP基因与2013年感染人的H7N9毒株A/Shanghai/4664T/2013同源性高达99.9%,说明分离株的进化程度主要与时间相关,与宿主和地理位置关系不大。

摘  要:
Two H9N2 influenza viruses were isolated from live chickens in Xiamen City in 2015.One was isolated from healthy chickens in a live poultry market and the other was isolated from healthy chickens in a poultry farm.For these isolates,their complete genomes were amplified,sequenced and analyzed.The results indicated that the two isolates were multi-origin reassortant viruses,highly homologous with the H9N2 isolates obtained in recent years,and some of the internal genes were also homologous with the H7N9,H10N8 and H10N6 viruses.Compared with human original isolates,the two isolates were lowly homologous with H9N2 isolates of 1999(86.3%-94.6%),but highly homologous with H10 N8 and H7N9 isolates of 2013.The NP gene of the A/chicken/Xiamen/10/2015 strain was 99.9% homologous with the H7N9 strain A/Shanghai/4664 T/2013.The degree of evolution of the isolates was mainly related to time,but little related with the host and geographical location.
