乌兰察布市支农金融政策现状及建议

摘  要：
在国外已有实践基础上,根据在内蒙古乌兰察布市下属的集宁区、察哈尔右翼前旗、察哈尔右翼后旗等地的实地调查研究结果,综合分析了支农再贷款的现状及存在的问题、综合农户的需求和农业实际情况,提出了规范内蒙古乌兰察布市支农金融措施的几点建议,以期完善该市支农金融政策。

摘  要：
Based on the practice of foreign country as well as the research result of the Jining District,Chahar Right Front Banner,Chahar Right Back Banner,the current situation and existing problems of the refinancing support were analyzed.Considering the farmer's needing and rural actual condition,suggestions were put forward,so as to consummate the rural financial policy in Ulanqab City.
