猪链球菌2型疫苗效力检验的动物模型研究进展

摘  要：
猪链球菌病是一种重要的人兽共患病,近年该病在亚洲重新暴发。CpG寡脱氧核苷酸等佐剂以及逆向疫苗学方法、标签式突变法等一系列方法的相继出现,有利于猪链球菌特别是猪链球菌2型疫苗的研究,但因缺乏理想的动物模型来评价疫苗效力,给该病的防治增加了难度。2007年-2010年,针对猪链球菌2型对小鼠、斑马鱼、猪等模型动物的致病性,以及这些动物易感性等方面做了大量研究。论文对近年来与猪链球菌2型疫苗效力检验动物模型有关的研究进行了综述。

摘  要：
Streptococcus suis is an important swine and human pathogen,which reemerged in Asia recently.Adjuvants such as CpG oligodeoxynucleotides,and a series of methods including reverse vaccinology,label-type mutations have emerged,which contributed to the research of Streptococcus suis type 2(SS2) vaccine.However,due to the lack of an ideal animal model to evaluate vaccine effectiveness,it made prevention and treatment of the disease more difficult.There has been a great deal of researches on virulence of SS2 to mice,zebra fish,pigs and other animal models,as well as the susceptibility of these animals from 2007 to 2010.This paper mainly focused on the development of animal models of efficacy test for vaccine based on SS2.
