5PZX-600型啤酒花清选机的结构设计与性能试验

摘  要:
介绍了5PZX-600型啤酒花清选机的结构设计、工作原理、主要参数的确定及样机试验结果,通过理论分析, 得出了花叶分离的条件,并结合试验结果对啤酒花清选机的各项性能指标建立了数学模型,确定了各参数的最优组合, 即:喂(?)量150.8 kg,主轴转速288 r/min,自然破碎率1.9%时,清洁率为99.1%,夹带损失率为3.18%,飞溅损失率为0.32%.

摘  要:
The 5PZX-600 hops separating machine as a new prototype machine that has higher separating effectiveness, lower impurity ratio,and wider adaptability to separating of the whole hop cultivars including the' Qingdao Macroflora' was developed. The structure design plan, working principle,main parameters and the test results of its prototype machine were introduced in this paper. Through kinematic property analysis of hop leaves, the conditions for separating flowers from leaves were sought out. According to the test results and regression analysis,the mathematical model on every property indexes of the machine was established,and thereby the optimum parameter combination was acquired as follows:feeding quantity was 150. 8 kg,rotational speed was 288 r/min,and the natural fragmentation ratio was 1. 9 %,the cleanliness ratio was 99. 1 %, the ratio of carrying secretly loss was 3. 18 %, and the ratio of splash loss was 0.32 %.
