用超声法从花锚中提取酮类化合物

摘  要:
用超声法从高原植物椭圆叶花锚的全草中,提取并分离出2种针状结晶化合物;采用元素分析(EA)、核磁共振波谱(NMR)、质谱(MS)、红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)、熔点测定等分析方法,对其化学结构进行表征;产物分别为1,3-二羟基-4,5,8-三甲氧基酮和1-羟基-2,3,4,8-四甲氧基酮。

摘  要:
Two needle-shaped crystal chemicals were extracted and separated from a plateau plant Halenia elliptica D. Don by ultrasonic wave . Some analysis methods, such as EA, MS, NMR, FTIR and UV spectrometry , as well as melting point analysis, were used for the characterization of them. results showed that they were 1,3-dihydroxy-4,5,8-trimethoxyxanthone and 1 -hydroxy-2,3,4,8-tetramethoxyxanthone.
