变叶海棠变异类型的研究

摘  要：
采用现代植物分类学的居群概念和形象化散点图法,研究了变叶海棠的两个居群内的变异与分化,证明四川阿坝州变叶海棠的变异类型是变叶海棠×陇东海棠的自然杂交种,并显出了杂种偏母型的图象。由居群内的变异分化出的地方宗,是变叶海棠×陇东海棠的自然杂交变种。 变叶海棠×陇东海棠的人工杂交和对子代(F_1)的细胞遗传学分析及形态鉴定,证明了上述结论。

摘  要：
Malus toringoides, being highly resistant to adverse conditions and widely distributed in Aba Autonomous Prefecture,is an important apple germplasm.There are a number of different types derived from Matus toringoides. The conception of population and pictorialized scatter diagram was adopted to investigate the variation and differentiation among the plants in two different toringoides population.The diagram not only confirmed that the variants of toringoides are the natural hybrids of M .to-ringoides× M. kansuensis , but also showed that the hybrids are more inclined to the maternal side. The local races being split up from the population are the varieties derived from the hybrids of toringoides × kansuensis. Artificial crossing between toringoides and kansuensis and the cyto-genetic analysis and morphological identification of F_1 plants further confirmed the aforementioned conclusion.
