喷盐水及远缘花粉蒙导对提高甘蓝自交不亲和系结实率的影响

摘  要:
国内外对提高甘蓝自交不亲和系的结实率曾进行过许多研究,如蕾期授粉、电助授粉及提高花期的CO_2浓度等,这些方法虽有效果,但做起来比较麻烦,不利于降低种子生产成本。为了寻找一种经济实用的方法,我们进行了花期喷5%盐水的试验,取得了较好的效果。另外花期自交时分别加入三种远缘花粉进行蒙导,观察是否能提高自交不亲和系的结实率及后代的生活力,以便确定在制种时是否有应用价值。

摘  要:
During 3 years of pollination experiments the fertility of 2 self-incompatible lines of cabbage was significantly increased when the flowers were sprayed with 5 % sodium chrolide solution at flowering. Using mustard, radish and tzu tsai tai' s ( Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis var. purpurea ) pollen as mentor respectively could not increase the fertility of self-incompatible lines of cabbage significantly, but mustard pollen did show some good effects on increasing fertility. The yield of the cabbage head grown from the remote pollen mentored seeds were not increased significantly except in the case of musturd pollen which yielded 8.47-36.46% more than the check during 2 years of experiments.
