液压机械无级变速器速比控制策略研究

摘  要:
液压机械无级变速器是一种将液压传动和机械传动并联的双流传动系统,能够明显提高车辆的动力性和经济性,实现多段高效的大功率无级变速。在介绍液压机械无级变速器工作原理的基础上,对变速器速比匹配和控制进行了研究,提出了一种速比控制方法,并结合具体控制流程对该控制方法进行了说明。该速比控制方法能够有效地避免重复换段,缩短控制时间。本研究对液压机械无级变速器的动力匹配和控制器设计具有一定的意义。

摘  要:
Hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission is a double flow transmission system that combines mechanical and hydraulic transmission, can obviously improve the power and economy of the vehicle, and achieve multi-stage efficient and high-power stepless transmission. The basic principle of hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission technology is introduced in this paper, speed ratio matching and control of transmission is studied,a kind of speed ratio control method is proposed,and the control method is described combined with the specific control process. The speed ratio control method can effectively avoid repeated switching and shorten the control time. This study has certain significance for the power matching and controller design of hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission.
