苦草对盐度胁迫的生理生态响应及其应用

摘  要:
拉尼娜-厄尔尼诺现象交替出现、超强台风等极端天气事件屡屡发生,导致我国华南沿海地区受到海水倒灌的严重侵袭,盐度胁迫已成为影响华南河口区沉水植物生长发育及繁殖的主要因素。该文以华南地区最常见的沉水植被"先锋物种"苦草(Vallisneria natans)为实验材料,研究其对不同盐度胁迫的光合生理响应,并通过模拟试验观察其表观生长状况变化,以期为河口区沉水植被重建与生态修复提供参考。

摘  要:
The alternation of La Nina and El Nino phenomenon,frequent occurrence of extreme weatherevents such as super typhoons,often seriouslycause alt-water encroachmentinvadethe coastal waters in South-ern China,and lead the stress of salinity to become the main factor that affects the estuarine submersedplants' growth,development and reproduction.In this dissertation,the pioneerplant Vallisneria natans in the re-construction of submerged vegetation were used as experimental materials,to study ecophysiology responseof it to differentsalinity stress,andobserve the change of its apparent growth through simulation tests.Itmight be expected to provides the reference to the submerged vegetation's restoration and ecological restora-tion in the estuary areas.
