格廷根小猪生长发育和产仔性能的研究

摘  要：
格廷根小猪广泛应用于医学、生物学、畜牧学等方面的科学实验。本文对1980-1986年间格廷根小猪的生长发育和产仔性能进行了研究,结果是:格廷根小猪核心群的出生重是577克,365天的体重达35.8公斤。1980-1986年间体重的选择响应减少甚至为负数,但个体间体重的变异还存在,可进一步选择。白系小猪与花系小猪间体重差异不显著。白系小猪前5胎的平均活产仔数和断乳仔数分别是5.59头和4.48头,花系小猪则分别是4.77、和4.05头。造成产仔性能低的主要原因是管理不善。

摘  要：
The Goettingen Miniature Pig is a laboratory animal of worldwide reputation.In the present base population of the Goettingen Miniature Pig birth and 365-day weights average 577 g and 35.8 kg respectively.There is still sufficient variation for selection to low- er liveweight,though selection responses have declined and partly been negative between 1980 and 1986,due to the inclusion of reproductive performance in the breeding aim. Weight differences between the white and the coloured line,as found 10 years ago,can no longer be cvidenced today.Numbers of piglets born alive and reared per litter average over the sows first five litters respectively 5.59 and 4.48 piglets in the white line and respectively 4,77 and 4.05 piglets in the coloured line.These poor results are mainly due to a markedly negative tendency of management conditions resulting in nearly doubled rearing losses if compared to those found by GLODEK et al.(1977)10 years ago in the same herd.
