聚酰胺纯化金莲花中科罗索酸的工艺研究

摘  要:
采用HPLC法测定样品中科罗索酸的含量,以科罗索酸的吸附率、解析率为考核指标,筛选出聚酰胺纯化金莲花科罗索酸的最佳工艺参数。试验结果表明,最佳纯化工艺条件:上样液浓度为3.0 mg/mL,pH值为5.0~6.0,上样量为2 BV;吸附1.5 h后,先用2 BV的水洗脱,再用3 BV 70%浓度的乙醇洗脱,最终科罗索酸得率为0.97%,纯度为40.3%。

摘  要:
Test the corosolic acid content of the sample by HPLC,take adsorption rate and resolution rate as evaluation index to select the best technology parameters of polyamide purification globe flower corosolic acid. The test result showed that the best purified technology conditions: the concentration of sample loading buffer is 3. 0 mg / mL,PH value was 5. 0 ~ 6. 0,and the sample loading quantity was2 BV. After 1. 5 h adsorption,eluted by 2 bv water firstly,and then eluted by 3 BV 70% ethanol,eventually the yield rate of corosolic acid was 0. 97%,and the purity was 40. 3%.
