农户视角的土地股份合作潜在风险及其防范研究

摘  要：
基于榆次区576份农户问卷调查数据,运用logistic模型,选取11个指标对影响农户土地入股决策的因素进行了分析,并通过李克特量表,分析了当前农户对合作社的满意度情况。结果显示:土地股份合作的认识程度、土地入股的生产前景及经济收益预期、户主受教育水平、劳动力人数、家庭非农就业比、村集体态度、可模仿对象的反馈7个因素对农户入股选择影响显著;农户对土地股份合作社的满意度低。基于以上分析,对潜在风险进行了识别,主要包括风险认知与应对行为不足、失业风险、利益损失风险、生存风险、农村社会风险,并针对存在的风险提出了相关的政策建议。

摘  要：
According to the questionnaire survey data of 576 farmer households in Yuci district, Jinzhong city, the author selected 11 indexes to analyze the factors affecting the farmer's choice of participation in land stock-cooperation by using Logistic model, and used Likert scale to study farmer's satisfaction with the land stock-cooperation. The results showed that: seven factors(the degree of understanding land stock-cooperation, the production prospects and economic income expectations of land shares, the educated level of householder, the number of labor force, the proportion of non-agricultural employment in family, the attitude of village collective, and the feedback from imitable people) significantly affected farmer's choice of participation in land stock-cooperation; farmers had low satisfaction with the land stock-cooperation. Based on the above analysis results, the potential risks of land stock-cooperation mainly included the lack of risk perception and coping behaviors, unemployment risk, risk of interest loss, survival risk and rural social risk, and some relevant policy suggestions on avoiding these risks were proposed.
