地道山药吴厝淮山的地理标志知识产权保护发展对策

摘  要：
介绍了我国山药的知识产权保护概况,分析了吴厝淮山的地理标志产品保护现状与发展对策,并建议:(1)注册吴厝淮山国家地理标志商标,登记吴厝淮山国家农产品地理标志;(2)充分利用吴厝淮山地理标志专用标志;(3)尽快制定国家质量标准《地理标志产品吴厝淮山》;(4)将地理标志"吴厝淮山"推广至其深加工产品;(5)实施地理标志特产吴厝淮山的品牌战略。

摘  要：
This article introduced the protection for geographical indications of Chinese yam,especially the Wucuo yam in Guangdong,and recommends:(1) to register Wucuo yam geographic symbol trademark and agricultural product geography symbol;(2) to make full use of geographical indication-specific signs of Wucuo yam;(3) to formulate the national quality standards " Product of Geographical Indication—Wucuo yam"as soon as possible;(4) to use the brand "Wucuo yam" to the deep-processed products of the yam;(5) to implement the brand strategy of geographical indications Wucuo yam.
