酸橙柠檬酸合酶基因电子克隆和生物信息学分析

摘  要:
通过电子克隆技术对酸橙柠檬酸合酶(CS)基因进行预测。以甜橙CS序列为探针,基于NCBI中酸橙的EST数据库和CAP3在线软件进行序列拼接,利用生物信息学数据库及相关软件对拼接序列结构和功能进行预测分析。结果表明:酸橙CS基因全长1 535 bp,包含1 416 bp的开放阅读框,编码471个氨基酸,该蛋白为亲水性蛋白。结果可为进一步解释基因的分子功能奠定理论及实验基础。

摘  要:
We used electronic cloning technology to predict Citrate synthase(CS) gene of Citrus aurantium. In C. sinensis CS sequence as the probe sequence, based on EST sequence from NCBI and assembled by CAP3 sequence assembly programme, we used bioinformatics database and related software to predict the structure and function analysis. The full length of CS gene was 1 535 bp and it contained a 1 416 bp ORF, encoding 471 amino acids and the protein was a hydrophilic protein. Our study could explain the molecular genetic function theory and experimental basis.
