6种杀虫剂对香蕉花蓟马的室内毒力测定

摘  要：
香蕉花蓟马Thrips hamaiiensis(Morgan)在香蕉园中普遍发生,对香蕉生产造成危害。为了筛选到更多防治香蕉花蓟马的有效药剂,指导田间施药,此文采用滤纸药膜法,进行了6种杀虫剂对香蕉花蓟马成虫和若虫的室内毒力研究。结果表明,药剂处理24h后,毒死蜱、吡虫啉、阿维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、高效氯氰菊酯和啶虫咪对香蕉花蓟马成虫的LC50值分别为0.57、0.86、0.98、1.57、1.66、13.48mg/L,对香蕉花蓟马若虫的LC50值为分别为0.57、0.81、1.03、1.79、1.96、33.45mg/L。6种杀虫剂中毒死蜱、吡虫啉和阿维菌素对香蕉花蓟马具有较好的防治效果。

摘  要：
The banana flower thripsThrips hamaiiensis (Morgan) occurred commonly in the banana gardens and caused damage to banana production. In order to select more effective insecticides and guide insecticide application in field, Toxicities of 6 kinds of insecticides to adults and nymph ofThrips hamaiiensis were determined by residual film with filter paper method. The results showed that, after the treatment of 24 h, the LC50 of chlorpyrifos, imidacloprid, abamectin, emamectin-benzoate, beta-cypermethrin, and Acetamiprid on adults was 0.57, 0.86, 0.98, 1.57, 1.66, 13.48 mg/L, respectively, while on nymph was 0.57, 0.81, 1.03, 1.79, 1.96, 33.45 mg/L, respectively. Therefore, chlorpyrifos, imidacloprid and abamectin of 6 kinds of insecticides on theThrips hamaiiensis had a better control effect.
