青饲料裹膜机控制系统开发

摘  要：
目前,国内现有青贮裹膜设备多采用半自动化电液控制,裹膜压力不能精确控制,致使每个草捆的密度有很大差异。为解决上述问题,在硬件上,9GMG-50型青贮圆捆裹膜机控制系统以AVR单片机系统为核心控制器控制PVG电磁阀;软件上,系统实时检测并提示机手青贮饲料圆草捆裹膜进展情况,动态统计草捆质量及田地总产量。农机手通过操作配套控制器,实现了对青贮饲料圆草捆裹膜的全程自动控制。

摘  要：
At present,the domestic wrapping film machine adopts semi-automatic electro-hydraulic control,and wrapping film pressure can 't be accurately controlled,which causes the great parameter difference such as density and weight.To solve these problems mentioned above,9 GMG-50 shredding silage wrapping film machine is delivered independently.It takes AVR microcontroller as the core controller to control PVG solenoid valve,and real-timely detects the wrapping progress to alarm the tractor driver,and provides accurate and reliable data of bale weight and field production for farmers.Tractor driver can manipulate matched controller and complete the full-process automation for round bale silage wrapping film.
