无梗五加精油工厂化提取技术研究及产品研制

摘  要:
为确定适合工业连续生产的低成本、低能耗、高效率无梗五加精油生产工艺,通过水蒸汽蒸馏法、浸提法、压榨法、CO2超临界萃取技术对无梗五加进行精油提取,比较4种方法提取的精油得率,得出最佳无梗五加精油提取方法,并通过正交试验得出提取无梗五加的最佳工艺条件.试验结果表明,通过CO2超临界萃取技术提取精油的得率最高,并得出其最佳工艺条件为萃取压力24 MPa、萃取温度35℃、萃取时间2 h,在此优化条件下,精油得率平均可达2.13%.本方法所得的精油得率明显高于其他提取方法,且耗时短、所得精油品质好.

摘  要:
In order to determine a low cost,low energy consumption and high efficiency production process of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus(Rupr.et Maxim)Seem.which is suitable for industrial continuous production,essential oil of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus(Rupr.et Maxim)was extracted by the steam distillation method,the soaking extraction method,the expelling method,the CO_2 supercritical fluid extraction technology.By comparing the yield of essential oil extracted by the four methods,the best extraction method of essential oil was obtained,and the optimum technological conditions for the extraction of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus were obtained through orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the yield of essential oil extracted by CO_2 supercritical fluid extraction method was the highest,and the optimum technological conditions were the extraction pressure 24 MPa,the extraction temperature 35 ℃ and extraction time 2 h.Under the optimized conditions,the average yield of essential oil could reach 2.13%.The yield of essential oil obtained by this method was obviously higher than that of other extraction methods,and the time was short,the quality of essential oil was good.
