湖北省农村三产融合发展程度及优化路径研究

摘  要:
基于农业与二三产业融合互动和融合产生的经济社会效益2个维度着手,构建湖北省农村三产融合程度评价指标体系,运用熵值法进行测度和综合评价,并结合灰色关联分析法以指标层中的20个指标进一步探讨农村三产融合对湖北省农业增产、农民增收的关联程度、影响效果。结果表明:尽管目前湖北省农村三产融合有一定成效,但其发展仍处于初级阶段,融合水平程度较低、层次较浅。因此需进一步开发农业多功能、培育新型农业经营主体、完善利益双方联结机制、科技引领高质量发展等方面进一步优化农村三产融合发展路径。

摘  要:
Based on the two dimensions, the integration of agriculture and the secondary and tertiary industries and the economic and social effects generated by the integration, the construction of evaluation index system for the degree of integration of the rural three industries in Hubei Province.The entropy method was used for measurement and comprehensive evaluation, and combined with the gray correlation method, the 20 indicators in the indicator layer were used to further explore the degree of correlation and effect of the rural three-industry integration on the increase in agricultural production and farmers′ income in Hubei Province.The results showed that the integration of the three major rural industries in Hubei Province had made some progress, but it was still in the initial stage of development, with a low level of integration and a shallow level.Therefore, it is necessary to further optimize the development path of rural three industry integration from the aspects of increasing the development of agricultural multifunctional, cultivating new business entities, improving the benefit linkage mechanism, and leading high-quality development with technology.
