奶畜能量代谢调控机理与措施

摘  要:
基于本课题组近年的研究结果,从瘤胃健康、高效发酵、碳水化合物平衡指数和代谢葡萄糖营养调控等方面论述了奶畜能量代谢调控机理与措施,表明保持饲粮物理有效中性洗涤纤维与瘤胃降解淀粉的平衡,可维持瘤胃健康与高效发酵,并通过营养调控措施提高过瘤胃淀粉在小肠中的消化吸收率和在肝脏中代谢葡萄糖的合成效率,是改善奶畜饲料能量效率和生产效率的重要技术思路。

摘  要:
On the basis of our recent research progress, this paper expatiate the regulation of energy me-tabolism in ruminants from rumen health, efficient fermentation, carbohydrate balance index and theregulation of glucose metabolism in the small intestine and so on. Our studies have showed that a bal-ance of physically effective neutral detergent fiber and ruminal degradable starch can maintain rumenhealth and efficient fermentation, also revealed that increasing the digestibility and absorption of rumenbypass starch in the small intestine and synthesis efficiency of metabolizable glucose in the liver willprovide some guidance in theory for improving energy efficiency and production performance in rumi-nants.
