颗粒活性炭吸附1,2,4-三氯苯机理研究

摘  要:
采用批量平衡法,研究颗粒活性炭(GAC)对1,2,4-三氯苯(1,2,4-TCB)的吸附特性。考察GAC颗粒种类、粒径、投加量、吸附时间、环境温度、1,2,4-TCB浓度和p H对吸附效果的影响;最后进行吸附、解吸动力学和吸附等温线分析。结果表明:椰壳活性炭的吸附效果最好;粒径越小、投加量越大,吸附效果越好,直到投加量为0.4 g时最高;吸附量在0~0.5 h之间增加速率最快,1.0 h达到最大;温度为25℃、p H=7时吸附效果最好;吸附效果随1,2,4-TCB浓度的增大呈线性下降。用1 mol/L HCl对饱和吸附剂解吸再生,解吸率达70%以上。假二级动力学可较好的描述GAC对1,2,4-TCB的吸附过程;但对解吸过程的描述稍差,解吸表现出迟滞现象;Langmuir吸附等温式能更好的描述1,2,4-TCB的吸附行为。

摘  要:
Adsorption of 1,2,4- trichlorobenzene( 1,2,4- TCB) on granular activated carbon( GAC) were studied using the batch eguilibration technique. The influence of GAC types,sizes,GAC dosage,adsorption time,environment temperature,concentration of 1,2,4- TCB and p H value on the adsorption effect were investigated and Analysed by the kinetics and adsorption isotherm.The experiment results indicated that coconut shell activated carbon had a better adsorption effect. And the better adsorption effect can be achieved when the size of coconut shell activated carbon was smaller,GAC dosage was more and especially it was 0. 4 g. The increase rate of the adsorption capacity was fastest when the adsorption time from 0 ~ 0. 5 h. And the adsorption effect result was best when the adsorption time was 1. 0 h. The adsorption effect result was best when temperature was 25 ℃ and the value of p H was7. The adsorption effect of GAC for wastewater decreases linearly with the increase of 1,2,4- TCB concentration. Resolution experiment of saturation adsorbent was tested by 1 mol / L HCl,the result showed that resolution rate was above 70%. The adsorption experimental data showed good correlation with pseudo- second- order kinetics equation and better than desorption,the desorption experimental data showed desorption hysteresis. The adsorption isotherm can be fitted well with Langmuir model.
