介绍重组木主方向的弹性模量微观力学理论分析结果的实验验证方法和结果 ,对重组木普通产品进行了实验研究并与实验室优质产品进行了分析比较 ;分析了影响重组木产品理论和实验产生误差的主要因素。解决了重组木弹性模量的理论求解公式的实验验证问题 ,论证了理论推导结果的正确性。尝试将现代设计方法和微观力学理论应用于人造板的力学性能分析和研究中 ,以推动重组木的计算机仿真工作的开展

摘  要:
In this paper, the authors determine the scrimber's main mechanics properties through the experiment, and introduce the method and result of experimental verification for the scrimber's elastic modulus micro-mechanics theory analysis result in the main direction. They also carry out the experimental research to the scrimber industrial production and analytically compare it to the laboratoral production. The main elements that influence the quality of the scrimber industrial productions are analyzed. The problem on the experimental verification of the elastic modulus theoretical calculation formula is solved. It proves that the result of theoretical deduction is right. It attempts to apply modern design method and micro-mechanics theory to the mechanics study of the man-made board, and it will give impetus to computer simulation on the scrimber.
