摘 要：
NSTL作为中国国家科技文献平台的核心,通过其中心网站、镜像站点及服务站点,面向全国提供馆藏文献的查询、检索、全文提供和各项电子信息服务。虽然NSTL网站资源丰富,服务项目众多,但因其网站检索系统不够人性化,面对用户个性化的信息需求,日益显现出其不足,有必要进一步研究提升NSTL网站检索系统服务水平的对策。

摘 要：
NSTL,the core of the platform of our national scientific and technical literature,through its center web site,mirror sites and service sites,provide users with document retrieval,the original transmission,network information services.Although NSTL website is rich in resources,service projects,but the retrieval systems is not enough intelligent.In order to meet the user's individualized demand,it is necessary to study on strategies of further improving NSTL services quality.
