摘 要：
National Science and Technology Library provides services for the users'of Mainland China,and orders were of-ten rejected because of the shortage of information resource construction,something wrong or omission of users'order which cause some difficulties for searching.Certain suggestions were put forward for perfecting information service and pro-viding more convenient,more expeditious and more considerate service for Users.
