大鼠慢性心力衰竭模型心电图分析

摘  要:
为探讨大鼠心电图(ECG)在评价大鼠慢性心力衰竭(CHF)模型中的意义,以SD大鼠36只随机分为2组,模型组24只,正常组12只。模型组采用阿霉素诱导法复制CHF大鼠模型。记录标准肢体Ⅱ导联ECG,并用心脏系数和心肌病理学检查验证。结果显示,模型组大鼠ECG典型改变为ST段凸面向上抬高(电压约升高0.12mV)和T波高耸(电压约升高0.18mV),并可持续6周以上;与正常组比较,模型组大鼠心脏系数明显增加(P<0.05);正常组大鼠心肌病理学检查未见明显异常,模型组大鼠出现不同程度的心肌细胞肥大、坏死,间质胶原结缔组织增生,包浆空泡变性以核周围明显,心肌纤维扭曲、断裂,横纹模糊。说明ECG可用于大鼠CHF模型的鉴定和筛选。

摘  要:
The analysis is to discuss the significance of using the electrocardiogram(ECG) in order to evaluate the rats with chronic heart failure(CHF) model.36SD rats were randomly divided into 2groups,24 in the model group,and 12in the normal group.The rats in model group were induced by adriamycin to copy the rat model of CHF.The standard limbⅡto leads ECG was recorded,and the heart coefficient and myocardial pathological examination were used to verify the hypothesis.The results showed that the ECG of the rats in model group were typically changed into an upward ST segment convex elevation(voltage elevated about 0.12mV) and a towered T wave(voltage elevated about 0.18mV).This result could last over 6weeks.Compared with the model group,the normal group resulted that the rats'heart coefficient of the model group increased significantly(P<0.05).The normal rats'myocardial pathological examination showed no remarkable abnormality,but for the rats in the model group,it appeared that the myocardial cell(s) hypertrophied or necrosed in varying degrees,interstitial collagen connective tissues were hyperplastic,vacuolar degeneration of nucleus was obvious around the core,myocardial fibers were twisted or fractured,and had the striated fuzzy.All these above verify that the ECG can be used for the rat CHF model's identification and screening.
