引进木霉菌株对药用植物刺五加和五味子苗木的抗病促生作用

摘  要:
通过与立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)进行对峙培养,同时测定木霉菌非挥发性和挥发性次生代谢产物对丝核菌菌丝生长的影响,对8株木霉菌进行了室内筛选;制备T-43木霉菌剂,对刺五加和五味子苗木立枯病进行室外防治试验,并测定了木霉菌对苗木的促生抗逆作用。试验结果表明:在对峙培养及发酵液抑菌试验中,各菌株及其次生代谢产物对立枯丝核菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,对峙培养中,T-43对丝核菌的相对抑制系数为2.5;T-43发酵液对丝核菌的抑制率为71.15%,可以强烈抑制丝核菌的生长并具有热稳定性;绿木霉菌株T-43在显著控制刺五加和五味子立枯病发生的同时,可以显著促进苗木的生长、增加生物量和抗逆性,并提高土壤微生物种群数量和稳定性。

摘  要:
Eight Trichoderma strains were screened through dual culture with Rhizoctonia solani and the effects of secondary metabolic products of volatile and non-volatile inhibitors were determined. Trichoderma virens strain T-43 was screened and evaluated on the biocontrol of seedling blight and their plant growth promoting ability in field experiment. The results show that: in dual culture and fermenting broth inhibitory tests,each Trichoderma strain and their secondary metabolic products could inhibit the growth of Rhizoctonia solani with varying degrees,and the relative inhibitory rate of T-43 was 2. 5. The T-43 non-volatile antibiotics could significantly inhibit the growth of pathogens and was of thermal stability,the inhibitory rate of which was 71. 15%. After poured roots treatment by Trichoderma agents,Trichoderma virens T-43 could significantly inhibit seedling damping-off of Acanthopanax senticosus and Schisandra chinensis,simultaneously improve the growth of seedlings,enhance adversity resistance of biomass and increase the number and stability of soil microbial populations.
