In order to improve experimental teaching of the Meat and Meat Production Technology,teaching content,teaching methods,evaluation system and opening laboratory teaching were reformed,which made students think more actively,independently and energetically during the course of experimental teaching,trained their innovative and practical abilities,and improved teaching quality.
