摘 要:
建立并检测印度獐牙菜和川西獐牙菜中獐牙菜苦苷、龙胆苦苷、芒果苷、异荭草苷4种苷类成分含量的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。结果表明,该方法简单,准确,快速,可作为獐牙菜类药材的质量控制依据。

摘 要:
A method for the determination of four glycoside constituents both in Swertia chirata and wild and cultivated Swertia mussotii has been set up by HPLC.The results show that the method is simple,accurate and quick,and is available for quality control of Swertia herbs.
