苦楝皮HPLC指纹图谱的鉴别

摘  要:
为鉴别不同来源的苦楝皮药材,采用高效液相色谱指纹图谱鉴别方法(RP-HPLC),以Ultimate C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱为分析柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水,梯度洗脱,流速0.6mL/min,280nm波长下测定不同来源苦楝皮指纹图谱,并作相似度比较分析。结果表明:建立了楝茎皮药材HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,各批次楝茎皮药材指纹图谱相似度在0.940~0.990,有40个共有指纹峰被标定,而不同来源的苦楝皮药材的HPLC指纹图谱有明显差异,楝枝皮、根皮及川楝茎皮药材与楝茎皮指纹图谱相似度均低于0.288,共有峰的个数差异也较大。RP-HPLC方法具有简便,重复性好,特征性强的特点,可用于不同来源苦楝皮药材鉴别。

摘  要:
The fingerprint of different Melia azedarach materials from different sources was determined by RP-HPLC under the conditions of Ultimate C18(250mm ×4.6mm,5μm)column,mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid water,gradient elution,0.6 ml/min flow rate and 280 nm wavelength,and then the fingerprint similarity among different materials was compared to identify medicinal materials of Melia azedarach from different sources. Results: The common model of chromatograph fingerprints is established for medicinal materials of Melia azedarach.The fingerprint similarity among 23 medicinal materials of Melia azedarachfrom different sources is 0.940~0.990 and 40common fingerprint peaks are calibrated.There are obvious differences in HPLC fingerprint among 23 medicinal materials of Melia azedarach from different sources.The fingerprint similarity of Melia azedarach branch bark,Melia azedarachroot bark,Melia toosendan stem bark to Melia azedarach stem bark is below 0.288 and there is a large difference in number of common peaks.RP-HPLC fingerprint spectrum method with simplicity,good repeatability and marked characteristics can be used to identify medicinal materials of Melia azedarachfrom different sources.
