不同磷水平下印度梨形孢对生菜生长及磷素吸收利用的影响

摘  要:
通过盆栽砂培法研究了印度梨形孢(Piriformospora indica)真菌在生菜(Lactuca sativa var.crispa)根系的定殖情况及在4种磷水平(常规磷、50%常规磷、25%常规磷、不施磷)下接种印度梨形孢对生菜生长及磷素吸收的影响。结果表明:印度梨形孢能在生菜根系有效定殖,定殖率为72%。常规磷、50%常规磷、25%常规磷水平下,接种印度梨形孢的生菜叶绿素含量(SPAD值)比不接种处理分别显著增加了23.6%、13.5%、11.3%。同时,接种处理显著增加了生菜地上部和地下部的生物量,其中50%常规磷+接种处理与常规磷+不接菌处理的地上部鲜质量相当。生菜全磷含量检测结果表明,4种不同供磷水平下,接种印度梨形孢的生菜植株全磷含量分别是不接菌处理的1.25、1.18、1.48、1.71倍。综上,印度梨形孢真菌能提高生菜对磷素的吸收,促进生菜生长。

摘  要:
The colonization of Piriformospora indica in the roots and its effects on growth and phosphorus absorption of lettuce plants were investigated under four different phosphorus levels[recommended dose( RD),50% RD,25% RD and non-phosphorus( NP) ] by pot experiment. The results showed that P.indica colonized the root of lettuce with 72% in the experiment. The SPAD value of plants colonized by P. indica was increased significantly by 23. 6%,13. 5% and 11. 3% under RD,50% RD and 25% RD treatments as compared to the control without inoculation of P. indica. The fungus was capable of improving the shoot and root biomass of lettuce under different phosphorus levels,especially,the fresh weight of shoot was nearly equal between 50% RD + P. indica and RD( without P. indica). P contents of the colonized plants were 1. 25,1. 18,1. 48,1. 71 times under RD,50% RD,25% RD and NP as compared to the control,respectively. Therefore,P. indica can increase phosphorus absorption in lettuce and promote growth of lettuce.
