正交试验优选醋炙金钗石斛的炮制工艺

摘  要:
为金钗石斛精加工提供技术参考,在研究不同辅料及其用量对金钗石斛水溶性成分及石斛碱溶出影响的基础上,采用正交试验探讨增加金钗石斛水溶性成分及石斛碱溶出度的最佳炮制工艺。结果表明:金钗石斛的最佳炮制工艺为100kg金钗石斛中加入30kg白醋(乙酸含量为4%),切片厚度2~4mm,干燥温度55℃。此条件下制备的金钗石斛饮片中石斛碱含量为0.583%~0.597%,可溶性糖含量为7.33%~7.41%;与金钗石斛直接干燥品相比,石斛碱溶出率增加21%~24%;可溶性糖溶出率增加7%~9%。乙酸含量为4%的白醋可提高金钗石斛石斛碱的溶出,同时饮片外观品相好,方法简单易行。

摘  要:
The optimum processing technology for increasing water-soluble components and dissolution rate of dendrobine fromDendrobium nobile was discussed by using an orthogonal test based on the effect of different ingredients with different concentration on water-soluble components and dissolution rate of dendrobine fromD.nobileto provide a technological reference for highly processing of D.nobile.Result:The optimum processing technology of D.nobileincludes 100 kg D.nobile slices with 2-4 mm thickness,30 kg white vinegar(4%acetic acid)and drying at 55℃.The dendrobine and soluble sugar content in D.nobile slices prepared by the optimum processing technology is 0.583%-0.597% and 7.33%-7.41%respectively and the dissolution rate of dendrobine and soluble sugar in D.nobile slices is 21%-24%and7%-9% higher than the D.nobile slices prepared by the direct drying method.The white vinegar with4%acetic acid can improve dendrobine dissolution from D.nobile and appearance quality of D.nobile slices.
