基于土地换保障模式的农村居民养老问题研究

摘  要：
通过介绍农村人口老龄化形势和传统家庭养老功能变化说明了农村养老形势的日趋严峻,并结合土地承包经营权的流转来对实施土地换保障的典型模式进行分析。通过分析土地换保障的优点和不足,对基于土地换保障模式下农村居民养老提出了针对性的建议,以期使土地换保障起到公平和效率、缓解农村养老负担、维护农民养老权益的作用。

摘  要：
Abstract The situation of the rural old-age pension has become more and more serious with the rural population aging and the change of traditional family's function.Combined with the land circulation,the typical patterns of exchanging land for social security were analyzed.The corresponding suggestions of rural endowment problems which were based on the model of exchanging land for social security were put forward with analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of land-for support,in order to make the land-for support have the effects on fairness and efficiency,alleviate the burden of supporting rural old-age and safeguard the rights of the elderly.
