热处理出口牡丹种苗防治根结线虫

摘  要：
研究了利用热水浸泡法防治牡丹根结线虫的方法,分别设置48℃、49℃、50℃、51℃、52℃5个温度,每个温度设20min、30min两个处理时间。结果表明,49~50℃处理30min,供试牡丹种苗内根结线虫死亡率达100%,且对牡丹种苗生长无任何不良影响。

摘  要：
The heat water treatment against Meloidogyne hapla Chitwood, one important nematode disease damaging peony was researched. Five series of temperatures of heat water, 48℃, 49℃, 50℃, 51℃ and 52℃ were devised comparing with 2 time treatments, 20 min and 30min for each temperature. The results showed that the control effectiveness of the root knot nematodes in the young plants of peony was 100% when the young plants of peony were treated at 49℃～50℃ for 30min. This method had no adverse effect on the growth of young plants of peony and can be applied in the control of the root knot nematode in the future.
