气相色谱-质谱法测定核桃中腈苯唑的残留量

摘  要：
为分析核桃仁中腈苯唑残留量,采用Qu Ech ERS方法对样品进行前处理,采用气相色谱-质谱联仪在选择离子监测模式(SIM)下检测,外标法定量。在此条件下,腈苯唑的回收率为92.2%~97.2%,相对标准偏差为3.93%。该方法简便快速、具有良好的灵敏度、回收率和重复性,可以满足核桃仁中腈苯唑农药残留的分析。

摘  要：
In order to analyze the Fenbuconazole in Kernel of Juglans Regia,the analytes were confirmed and determined by GC-MS combined with Qu Ech ERS under selected ion monitor(SIM) mode and quantified by the external standard method. Under this condition,the average recoveries in different addition levels of fenbuconazole were 92.2%~97.2%,the relative standard deviations were 3.93%. The proposed method was rapid,sensitive and having high accuracy,which could meet the requirements of fenbuconazole residue analysis.
