烟草花叶病毒瞬时表达系统在医药蛋白生产中的应用

摘  要:
烟草花叶病毒(TMV)是目前研究最为透彻的一种植物病毒.基于烟草花叶病毒的瞬时表达系统是目前发展最迅速、应用最广泛的,具有广阔应用发展前景.该系统以表达速度快、表达量高、安全性高和易于规模化生产为最突出的特点,目前已广泛应用在疫苗、抗体和治疗性蛋白等医药蛋白生产中,有不少产品获得了市场准入或者进入了临床试验.本综述简要介绍了基于烟草花叶病毒的瞬时表达系统的发展历史,回顾和总结了该系统在生产医药蛋白领域最新的研究和应用进展,分析了存在的问题,提出了一些建议,藉此促进中国生物医药产业的发展.

摘  要:
Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV) is the best well-studied plant virus. TMV-based transient expression system(TMV-TES) is the most rapid developing and extensive applied, which is with expansive application and development prospect. With the outstandingmerits of rapidness and high-level expression, high biosafety and easy scale-up, this system has being widely applied in production of pharmaceutical proteins such as vaccines, antibodies and therapeutic proteins, and some of the products are already approved for market access or in clinical trials.In this review, a brief developmental history of the expression system is described researches and applications of the system in pharmaceutical protein production are reviewed and summarized. Several existing issues are analyzed and recommendations are listed in this review. With these efforts, the authors aim to promote the development of biomedical industry in China.
