摘 要:
采用高效液相色谱建立了一种土壤和水中HNPC-A9908残留的检测方法。即土壤样品用甲醇提取,二氯甲烷、氯化钠水溶液液-液分配,酸性氧化铝+硅胶混合柱净化,而水样直接用二氯甲烷萃取,当HNPC-A9908添加水平为0.1,1和5mg/L时,土壤和水样中HNPC-A9908的平均回收率分别为94.68%~103.7%和96.5%~100.03%,变异系数分别为2.02%~4.59%和2.71%~3.13%,最小检测含量分别为0.025mg/kg和0.0125mg/L,符合农药残留检测的要求。

摘 要:
HNPC-A9908 [O- (3-phenoxybenzyl)- 2-methylthio- 1-(4-chlorophenyl) propyl ketone oxime] is a novel oxime insecticide discovered and developed by Hunan Branch of National Pesticide R&D Center.A method for determining residue of HNPC-A9908 in soil and water by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed.The HNPC-A9908 residue in soil was extracted with methanol,partitioned with dichloromethane/sodium chloride solution and cleaned up by the column filled with acidic aluminum oxide and silica gel,but the residue in water was directly extracted with dichloromethane.The quantification of the insecticide HNPC-A9908 residue was established by HPLC with a C(18) column,a mixture of methanol plus water (95/5,V/V) as mobile phase,with detection of UV wavelength at 254 nm.The result showed that the average recovery for the soil and water samples spiked at the concentration of 0.1,1 and 5 mg/L was in a range of 94.68%-103.7% and 96.5%-100.03%,coefficient of variation was (2.02%-)4.59% and 2.71%-3.13%,respectively.The minimum detection limit for soil and water was (0.025 mg/kg) and 0.012 5 mg/L,respectively,suggesing that they meet the fundamental requirements for pesticide residue analysis.
