摘 要：
HNPC -A990 8,化学名称为O -(3 -苯氧苄基 ) -2 -甲硫基 -1-(4-氯苯基 )丙基酮肟醚 ,是国家南方农药创制中心湖南基地研制成功的具有自主知识产权的一种新型杀虫剂。本文采用农药生测技术测定了HNPC -A990 8对稻黑尾叶蝉和豆蚜的杀虫作用方式 ,结果表明 ,HNPC-A990 8对稻黑尾叶蝉和豆蚜等害虫具有较强的综合毒力和触杀作用 ,且击倒迅速 ,但内吸作用较差。该药剂对昆虫的杀虫活性随温度升高而增强 ,表现出正温度效应。田间小区试验结果表明 ,HNPC -A990 8对稻飞虱具有良好的防治效果 ,在施用剂量为 10～ 50 ga .i./ 667m2 时 ,药后 1、15和 2 5d的防效分别达 65.6%～ 69.7%、80 .2 %～ 90 .7%和 96.7%～ 99.1% ,是一种很有开发前景的新型杀虫剂

摘 要：
HNPC-A9908〔O-(3-phenoxybenzyl)-2-methylmercapto-1-(4-chlorophenyl) propyl ketone oxime〕 is a novel oxime insecticide discovered and developed by Hunan Branch of National Pesticide R&D South Center.Insecticidal activities of HNPC-A9908 to rice Nephotettix cincticeps Uhler and Aphis fabae Scopoli were tested in the laboratory using insecticide bioassay techniques.The bioassay results showed that HNPC-A9908 had an excellent comprehensive and contact activity against the rice green leafhoppers and bean aphids,but no systemic activity.Its activity of HNPC-A9908 against the bean aphids went up as the temperature increased,indicating a positive-temperature effect.The field trial results showed that HNPC-A9908 exhibited a excellent control efficacy against the rice plant hoppers,Nilaparvata lugens.
