安徽4种黄精属植物光合生理特性的研究

摘  要:
利用LI-6400便携式光合仪对长梗黄精、多花黄精、黄精、玉竹的光合生理特性进行测定,结果表明:(1)4种黄精属植物净光合速率(Pn)日变化均呈明显的单峰曲线,气孔导度、蒸腾速率与光合速率呈正相关,胞间CO2浓度与光合速率呈负相关。(2)光合有效辐射是影响4种黄精属植物生长的最主要因子,其他因子是蒸腾速率和胞间CO2浓度。(3)多花黄精为中性草本植物,长梗黄精、黄精、玉竹为中偏阳性草本植物。

摘  要:
Factors were measured on the photosynthesis physiological characteristics of the 4 species Polygonatum filipes,Polygonatum cyrtonema, Polygonatum sibiricum and Polygonatum odoratum with Li-6400XT Portable Photosynthesis Analyzer. The following were the results. ① The diurnal variations of the net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of the four Polygonatum species all showed a significant single-peak curve. There was a positive correlation between the photosynthetic rate and the stomatal conductance and transpiration rate, and a negative correlation between the photosynthetic rate and the intercellular CO2 concentration. ② The photosynthetic active radiation was the primary growth-affecting factor for the 4 Polygonatum species,and the other factors were the transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration. ③ P. cyrtonema is a neutral herb, while P. filipes, P. sibiricum and Polygonatum odoratum are partial heliophilous herbs.
