摘  要：
裂谷热是一种烈性毒性人畜共患病,被OIE列为必须报告的疫病。幼年动物感染后,病死率高达100%。人感染此病后,病死率约为1%。2010年3月,南非再度发生疫情,导致186人感染,18人死亡;并调查出154例动物感染,146例死亡,感染动物病死率高达95%。该病的流行不但对人类健康和养殖业构成威胁,其病毒还可能被用于生物恐怖和生物战。论文对裂谷热病毒的生物学特性及此病的流行情况、危害、诊断方法和防控等方面进行综述。

摘  要：
Rift Valler fever(RVF) is a severe viral zoonotic disease and was classified as class A disease by OIE.The mortality of RVFV-infected young animals can be as high as 100%.The mortality of human infected with RVFV is about 1%.In March 2010,RVFV infections occurred in South Africa in,186 people were infected,resulting in 18 death cases.And 154 animals were infected,including 146 death cases,the mortality was as high as 95%.The virus not only threats animal and humans health,and but also can be used for biological terrorism and biological warfare.The biological characteristics of the virus,the epidemiology,diagnosis and prevention of the disease in recent years were reviewed.
