土壤含水量对白菜根肿病发生的影响研究

摘  要:
为探讨十字花科蔬菜根肿病发生与土壤含水量的相关性,进行了土壤含水量对白菜根肿病发生的影响试验研究。其结果表明:土壤含水量与根肿病发生有明显的相关性。当土壤含水量为40%、50%、60%、70%时,其平均发病株率分别为40 2%61 2%、55 2%、46 8%,病情指数分别为10 5、28 6、26 9、19 8。土壤含水量与白菜根肿病发病株率回归方程为y=-4 9583x2+5 4744x-0 9526,R2=0 9441;土壤含水量与白菜根肿病病情指数回归方程为y=-2 525x2+2 7454x-0 5116,R2=0 7526。

摘  要:
Soil moisture effect on the incidence of cabbage clubroot was tested in this study.The results indicated that the effects of soil moisture on the incidence of Plasmodiophora brassicae was significant.When the soil moisture was 40 %,50 %,60 %,70 %,respectively,the rate of infected plants was 40.2 %,61.2 %,55.2 %,46.8 % and the disease indices was 10.5,28.6,26.9,19.8,correspondingly.The mathematical models of relationships between the soil moisture and the rate of infected plants was y=-4.9583x~2+5.4744x-0.9526,R~2=0.9441 and the mathematical models of relationships between soil moisture and disease index was:y=-2.525x~2+2.7454x-0.5116,R~2=0.7526.
