蚯蚓发酵液对枸杞土壤养分及微生物的影响

摘  要:
以2年生‘宁杞7号’(Lycium barbarum L.)为材料,以常规滴灌施肥为对照(CK),设计150、300、450 kg/hm~2三个施肥水平,探讨不同施肥水平对土壤养分特性及微生物组分的影响。结果表明:施用蚯蚓液体肥增加有机质37.70%~51.16%,提高碱解氮、速效磷及速效钾含量,促进放线菌与真菌的繁殖,增强过氧化氢酶与脲酶活性,微生物量碳氮最高增加量分别为69.37%、58.38%,提高产量9.41%~34.07%。各性状与其产量的灰色关联度中,以脲酶最大,其次是放线菌,真菌对产量的影响最小。300 kg/hm2蚯蚓发酵液处理效果最佳,促进有机质增加,利于速效养分的释放,促进土壤微生物生长、繁殖以及酶活性。

摘  要:
Two years Lycium.barbarum L.‘Ningqi 7'was used as the material and an conventional dripirrigation was used for CK,three fertilization levels(150,300 and 450 kg/hm~2) were designed to study the effectof different fertilization levels on soil nutrients' characteristics and microbial components.The results showedthat:the application of earthworm fermentation liquor increased soil organic matter by 37.70%-51.16%; it alsoincreased the content of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,instant phosphorus and instant potassium,improved thepropagation of actinomycetes and fungi,enhanced catalase and urease activity,the highest increasing amountof microbial carbon and nitrogen was 69.37% and 58.38%,respectively,and the yield increased by 9.41%-34.07%.Among the grey correlation between each trait and yield,the highest was urease,followed byactinomycetes,fungus had the least influence on yield.300 kg/hm~2 earthworm fermentation liquor had the besteffect,which could increase organic matter content,improve the release of instant nutrients,increasemicroorganism growth,reproduction and enzyme activity.
