鲜杏红外辐射干燥装置的设计与试验

摘  要:
为提高鲜杏的干燥品质、缩短干制时间、降低干燥能耗,将红外辐射干燥技术应用于鲜杏的干燥中,设计鲜杏红外辐射干燥装置,搭建干燥装置的检测和控制系统,分析振动装置的运动特性,完成红外辐射干燥装置的样机制造。通过干燥试验,鲜杏在红外辐射干燥过程中,起始的干燥速率最大可达0.31kg/h,当干基含水率在1.19%~0.57%之间时干燥速率基本稳定不变。干基含水率在0.57%之后,出现干燥速率平缓下降,直到含水率到15%,所需干燥时间为19h,提高了干燥效率。在整个红外辐射干燥过程中水分比MR曲线呈规律变化,水分扩散较平缓,无明显的突变。

摘  要:
In order to improve drying quality,shorten the time of dried apricots,reduce the energy consumption,the drying using infrared radiation drying technology in fresh apricot,completed the design of infrared radiation drying device of fresh apricot,build a drying device for detection and control system,analyzes the motion characteristics of the vibration device,and development the prototype of infrared radiation drying device.Through the drying experiment of infrared radiation drying device,that fresh apricot under infrared radiation drying,drying rate of up to 0.31 kg/h start,when the moisture content in 1.19%~0.57% between the drying rate is basically stable.Moisture content and drying rate curve slope gently down until the wet basis moisture content from 15%,the drying time is 19 h,and the drying efficiency is improved.after the water in the infrared radiation drying process than the MR curve variation,water diffusion is relatively flat,no obvious mutation.
