北京市不同区域3种古树木叶片营养元素特征

摘  要:
【目的】分析北京常见古树叶片营养状况及其与古树健康程度的关系,为北京市古树的保护与维持提供数据支持。【方法】以北京市不同类型古树为研究对象,通过对古树叶片营养元素的测定,分析不同树种、不同区域古树体内营养元素特征,并依据古树健康评价V1.0系统研究了古树健康状况与叶片营养元素特性之间的关系。【结果】全氮和全钾是调查古树叶片含量最高的2个营养指标;Ca与Zn和全磷之间呈极显著负相关关系,Ca与Mg之间为显著负相关,Zn与全磷和Mg之间呈极显著正相关;同一地点不同树种间叶片营养元素仅有Zn、Mg以及全钾存在显著差异;同一树种不同地点除了少量指标有差异外,大部分指标差异均不显著。古树健康状况与Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe和TK的含量均呈正相关。【结论】古树经过长年对营养元素的吸收和积累,以化合态形式存在的营养指标在不同树种和区域差异不显著,以游离态形式存在的营养元素差异性显著。同时,环境胁迫对古树健康生长有明显的抑制作用,在对古树的维护时要因地制宜,采取有针对性的措施。

摘  要:
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to apply data support for protection and preserve of ancient trees,through learning about the nutrient elements characteristic of these ancient trees and the relationship between then and the healthy condition.【Method】 Various ancient tree species in Beijing,including different species,different sites,were chose to analyze the elements characteristic.The relationship between elements and healthy conditions which computed by ancient trees assessment system version 1.0.【Results】 TN and TP were highest among all the measured indicators.The relationship between them was positive correlation.The relationship between Ca and Zn,TP was significant negative correlation,Ca and Mg was remarkable,Zn and TP,Mg was positive correlation.Elements from the different species in the same location were non-significant variation except Zn,Mg and TK.Elements from the same tree and different sites were also non-significant except few elements.The ancient tree health condition were position correlation with Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe and TK.【Conclusion】 After long-time absorbing and accumulate,nutrient elements existed as combined form in ancient trees were non-significant,while those as free state were significant.Environmental stress restrained the ancient trees grow well.Therefore,proper measures should be adopted in the right conditions.
